Most people, however, simply ignore the problems because getting them fixed is often more of a hassle than the problems themselves.
In 2003, TMComputers was started by Tommy Minta in Jacksonville, FL with one simple goal: to change the way people think about computer support by providing customers with personalized, honest, and convenient service. Most of our work is done right in customers’ homes – you don’t have to unplug the seemingly infinite number of cables plugging your system together and lug your computer to a shop where you’ll be without it for 72 hours. Often times, we can fix your computer right on the spot, getting you back up and running in no time. If your computer requires more extensive work, we’ll carefully take your computer to service it and return it to you within 24 hours (except in rare, more complicated cases, which we’ll notify you of in advance).
